No ridiculous middleman or broker fees just to place you in a unit they’ve never stayed in or don’t know the condition of. All of our properties are well maintained, newly renovated corner units located in high-demand areas, including this one just minutes from Pier Park in Panama City Beach, Florida.

You can park your car in the garage or take a shuttle from the airport and never need to drive again until it’s time to leave. Everything you need or want to do is on-site or within walking distance. The resort offers an onsite restaurant, Starbucks, convenience store, gym, arcade, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, Roman spa, steam room, movie theater, and more.

🎡 The resort is also walking distance to world-famous Pier Park, featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment. It is directly across the street from Dusty’s Oyster Bar. You name it — this place has it within reach. Plus, enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows with incredible views down the beach, the pier, and Pier Park fireworks shows.

⚠️ IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

After booking, you will receive an email with a secure link containing important information about your stay. Through this link, you will e-sign the rental agreement and upload a copy of your ID.
You will also be required to choose between purchasing a damage waiver for $45 per stay or opting for a refundable security hold. The damage waiver covers accidental damages or rule violations during your stay. This is not cancellation insurance.
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase third-party travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require canceling your reservation.

Primary renter must be 25 years or older. To help guests with smaller budgets, we do not require a 7-night minimum stay. However, to make this possible, reservations must either butt up directly to another booking or leave a minimum 3-night gap before or after your stay. We do not rent for 1- or 2-night stays. If your dates do not meet this requirement, the reservation will be canceled. We cannot sacrifice those nights to accommodate exceptions. Please only book if your dates meet this policy.
