After booking, you will receive an email with a secure link containing important information about your stay. Through this link, you will e-sign the rental agreement and upload a copy of your ID.
You will also be required to choose between purchasing a damage waiver for $45 per stay or opting for a refundable security hold. The damage waiver covers accidental damages or rule violations during your stay. This is not cancellation insurance.
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase third-party travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require canceling your reservation.

To help guests with smaller budgets, we do not require a 7-night minimum stay. However, your reservation must either connect directly to another booking or leave a minimum 3-night gap before or after your stay.
We cannot rent for 1 or 2 nights, and bookings that do not meet this requirement will be cancelled. We cannot sacrifice those nights to make a stay work. If you cannot meet this requirement, please do not book. Thank you for understanding — we look forward to hosting you.

💳 RESORT FEE – REQUIRED 💳
Shores of Panama charges a $100 resort fee.
You must pre-register online prior to arrival. This fee covers your parking passes and resort armbands, which are required for access to amenities such as pools and the fitness center.
