This is a prime corner unit located right beside Navarre Pier on Santa Rosa Island.

This second-floor corner unit offers wraparound windows and a porch with stunning views of the Navarre Pier (Florida’s longest pier) and Santa Rosa Island. Nearby you’ll find local restaurants, coffee shops, jet ski rentals, and more. On the opposite side of the pier are miles and miles of open white sand on Santa Rosa Island. Navarre Beach is known for its abundant wildlife, including sea turtles, and is famous for top-rated seashelling. You truly couldn’t ask for a better vacation setting. Enjoy the emerald Gulf waters and sugar-white sand right out front, plus the bay with boat docks and water activities just across the street within walking distance. If you’ve never been to Navarre Beach, you’re in for an unforgettable experience.

After booking, you will receive an email with a secure link containing important information about your stay. Through this link, you will e-sign the rental agreement and upload a copy of your ID.
You will also be required to choose between purchasing a damage waiver for $45 for your stay or opting for a refundable security hold. The damage waiver covers accidental damages or rule violations during your stay. This is not cancellation insurance.
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase third-party travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require canceling your reservation.

• We try to help guests with smaller budgets by not requiring a 7-night minimum
• However, we cannot rent for 1 or 2 nights
• Your stay must butt up to another reservation or leave a minimum 3-night gap before or after your stay
• If this cannot be met, please do not book, as the reservation will be canceled
