After booking, you will receive an email with a secure link containing important information about your stay. Through this link, you will e-sign the rental agreement and upload a copy of your ID.
You will also be required to choose between purchasing a damage waiver for $49 per stay or opting for a refundable security hold. The damage waiver covers accidental damages or rule violations during your stay. This is not cancellation insurance.
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase third-party travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require canceling your reservation.

• Must be 25 years or older to rent
• No 1- or 2-night stays allowed

To keep prices affordable and avoid a 7-night minimum:
✔ Your stay must touch another booking, OR
✔ Leave a minimum 3-night gap before or after your stay
