All units are well kept, newly renovated, and located in high-demand vacation areas, including this one in WORLD-FAMOUS Holiday Isle, Destin, FL.

This resort has ONLY 42 UNITS. Yes — just 42 total. That means a low-key, peaceful atmosphere, yet you’re still minutes from Destin’s top attractions including Big Kahuna’s, Crab Island, boat cruises, water rentals, Destin Fishing Museum, snorkeling, Harbor Boardwalk, The Track, Henderson Beach State Park, Marine Adventure Park, dolphin cruises, Gator Beach, Destin Commons, outlet shopping, sandcastle lessons on the beach, golf courses, pirate cruises, helicopter tours, zip lines, and world-famous fishing charters. This is only a fraction of what’s nearby.

The condo features a brand-new king bed, brand-new full beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. ⚠️ IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ⚠️

After booking, you will receive an email with a secure link containing important information about your stay. Through this link, you will e-sign the rental agreement and upload a copy of your ID.
You will also be required to choose between purchasing a damage waiver for $45 per stay or opting for a refundable security hold. The damage waiver covers accidental damages or rule violations during your stay. This is not cancellation insurance.
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase third-party travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require canceling your reservation.

To help guests with smaller budgets, we do NOT require a 7-night minimum stay. However, to make this possible, reservations must either butt directly up to another booking or leave a minimum 3-night gap before or after your stay. We cannot rent for 1 or 2 nights. If your dates do not meet this requirement, the reservation will be canceled. We cannot sacrifice those nights to make a stay work. Please only book if your dates meet these guidelines.
