You’re booking directly with the owners—a small family of three—so there are no middleman or broker fees. We personally stay in and maintain our properties, ensuring they are clean, updated, and exactly as described.

Important Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)
After booking, you will receive an email with a secure link containing important information about your stay. Through this link, you will e-sign the rental agreement and upload a copy of your ID.
You will also be required to choose between purchasing a damage waiver for $45 per stay or opting for a refundable security hold. The damage waiver covers accidental damages or rule violations during your stay. This is not cancellation insurance.
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase third-party travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require canceling your reservation.
- Minimum age to rent and stay: 25 years old (must remain for the duration of the reservation)
- We offer shorter stays to help guests with smaller budgets; however:
- Reservations must either connect directly to another booking
- OR leave a minimum 3-night gap before or after your stay
- We do not allow 1–2 night orphan gaps
- If your stay does not meet this requirement, the reservation will be canceled
- If unsure, please message us before booking—we’re happy to help
